7 Days Uganda safari takes you through 4 of Uganda’s national parks. The safari first takes you to Kibale national park for chimpanzee tracking,bird watching and nature walks in Bigodi community swamp, then to Queen Elizabeth National Park for game viewing in the savannah, a launch cruise along the Kazinga Channel giving you a chance to view over 611 bird species, crocodiles and hundreds of Hippos and lastly to Bwindi gorilla forest for your gorilla trekking adventure – your safari highlight activity.

Day 1: Pick up Transfer to Kibale forest national park
This Uganda safari begins with early breakfast at your hotel or pick up from the airport in Entebbe and transfer to Kibale forest national park with lunch stopover in Fort Portal. Overnight stay at Primates Lodge / Ndali Safari Lodge / Mountains of the moon hotel.
Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking
After breakfast, head out to the park headquarters for the briefing from the park warden before heading to the forest for chimp trekking. Return back to the lodge for Lunch and later go for the afternoon Bigodi swamp walk to search for different bird species. Dinner and Overnight
Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park
After breakfast enjoys depart for a 3 hours scenic drive east of Rwenzori Mountains to Queen Elizabeth national park arriving at Mweya in time for your lunch before enjoying a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel – a haven of different bird species! At least 80% of the wildlife in Queen Elizabeth national park can be found along this Channel. Overnight stay at Mweya Safari Lodge or similar other
Day 3: Game drive and afternoon Chimps Tracking in Kyambura Gorge
After early morning breakfast, embark on a game drive towards the Kasenyi track. Lions and other predators are spotted feasting on the big herds of different antelope species. In the afternoon, a chimpanzee trek in Kyambura Gorge or a forest walk in the Maramagambo forest to the Python Cave can be arranged for you.
Day 4: Transfer to Bwindi
In the morning, after a heavy breakfast at the lodge, transfer to Bwindi via the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth national park – Ishasha Game Reserve for viewing tree-climbing lions as they relax in the fig trees. After your lunch at Savannah hotel, proceed to Bwindi arriving in the evening. Overnight stay at Gorilla Forest camp / Silverback Lodge
Day 5: Gorilla tracking
After an early morning breakfast, report to the park headquarters where you will be briefed about the mountain gorilla trackers code of conduct. You will then follow different trails in the forest which will last for This activity normally ranges between 2 to 8 hours subject to the movements of the gorillas in the rain forest. In the evening visit the Pygmies (Batwa) for cultural entertainment.
Day 6: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
After breakfast traverse, the scenic Kigezi Highlands also known as the “Switzerland Of Africa”. On arrival at Lake Bunyonyi, you will sail on a motorboat to the island and share more experiences with the Pygmies (Batwa). Overnight stay at Arcadia Cottages on the shores of Lake Bunyonyi
Day 7: Transfer back to Kampala with en route stop over at the Equator for photography
